On the anniversary date of your business formation — not a fixed calendar date. The filing costs $100. Oregon provides a 45-day grace period after the due date, but after that, administrative dissolution can begin. We track your specific anniversary and alert you ahead of time.

Is there a fee to switch registered agents in Oregon?

Can I serve as my own registered agent?

Is your Oregon address a virtual office?
